Beginning EarWell™

How will I be taught the procedure?

EarWell™ was designed to be simple enough to learn by watching the EarWell Training Video. When ordering EarWell for the first time, the product is delivered with a DVD Training Video and a silicone ear prosthetic. Physicians report that practicing the procedure with the provided ear prosthetic while watching the Training Video enables them to competently conduct their first EarWell procedure. These accompanying physician Web pages also provide additional information and instruction in conducting a standard procedure, as well as nuanced procedures. Additional assistance is available by calling Becon at 630-357-7374.

Is EarWell™ reimbursable?

It has been reported by the hundreds of physicians and institutions providing EarWell™ that the procedure has been consistently reimbursed by most private insurance carriers and some public insurance.

What billing codes are used?

Becon can furnish you with the billing and coding that it has received by calling at 630-357-7374.

How much do physicians charge uninsured patients?

Although Becon is not involved in physician billing, nor does it solicit that information from its providers, doctors have communicated the amounts that they charge the uninsured patient. If you call Becon (630-357-7374), it will share and discuss that collected information.

How long has EarWell™ been available?

EarWell™ has been commercially available for 2½ years.

Is EarWell™ FDA approved?
