The application of the Posterior Cradle is a critical step involving accurate sizing and positioning
of the device over the ear. Emphasis is placed on positioning the Cradle so that the Posterior Conformer
is aligned to configure the superior crus. Be sure and note the Posterior Conformer’s relationship to the
retroauricular sulcus.
